A short list of things you may not do with While25. Most of it is the law restated; the rest protects the people you trade against.

You may not use While25 to:
Your exchange and your regulator decide what these mean, not us, and the consequences of breaking them fall on you.
Your broker's terms govern your account. Some restrict third-party software, some require you to register an automated strategy before running it, some limit how many requests an API may make. Check before you connect, and keep to them while you are connected. Where the law requires a registration for the way you trade, obtaining it is yours to do.
We may suspend or end your licence, with notice where the breach can be fixed and immediately where it cannot or where the law requires it. We may be obliged to respond to a lawful request from a regulator, an exchange or a court. See the licence agreement for how that works.
