While25 is software. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange or investment adviser, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Orders you place route to your own brokerage account; While25 never holds funds or securities.

Trading carries risk of loss, including losses greater than your deposit on leveraged products. Backtests and simulations do not predict future returns. Broker and exchange names are trademarks of their owners. We plan to add Coinbase, Binance and Robinhood; you cannot connect them yet.

01Charting

The chart canvas in While25 renders with TradingView Lightweight Charts™, an open-source library published by TradingView, Inc. under the Apache License 2.0.

Charts powered by TradingView.

The indicator engine, the panes, the drawing tools and the order tools on top of it are ours. TradingView does not endorse While25 and is not associated with it beyond our use of this library.

02Other open source

While25 Desktop and this website are built on open-source software, including the Python runtime and scientific stack, Node.js, React and Next.js, and the libraries listed in the application's About screen. Each is used under its own licence, and copies of those licences ship with the application. The full list, with every licence text, is here.

Where a component is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, you may modify it and reverse engineer the application as far as needed to debug your modifications. The Windows build includes Microsoft Visual C++ runtime files, used only as part of While25 and provided by Microsoft “as is”.

If you maintain a component we use and something here is wrong or missing, write to us and we will correct it.

03AI models

The assistant calls DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash. See the AI disclosure for what that means for your data and for the accuracy of what it writes.

04Trade marks

Interactive Brokers, Alpaca, Zerodha, Upstox, Symphony XTS, TradingView and DeepSeek are trade marks of their respective owners. We name them to say what While25 connects to or is built with. Naming them is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by them.
